Returns and Exchanges

LabelSpree RETURN POLICY

LabelSpree wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you should need to return an item, you may return regular priced merchandise (*see exceptions) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus the shipping charges. We do not refund original or return shipping charges.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns on sunglasses, shoes, jewelry, handbags, or accessories. We also do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
PLEASE NOTE: Some items (when noted) are indefinitely marked FINAL SALE on Labelspree. Please reference the individual item's page to clarify any questions in regards to whether or not your item can be returned or exchanged.

Sale Items

Sale items may be returned for store credit only, unless otherwise noted. Upon receiving your return, we will issue you a store credit redeemable at LabelSpree.

International Orders

We accept international returns and they are subject to the same restrictions as domestic orders.

Swimwear Returns:

In addition to all return stipulations: We allow a one time size exchange or return on swimsuits. All tags and hygienic liners must be in place and the item must be in new condition. For this reason, do not remove your undergarments when you first try on the swimsuit. LabelSpree will not issue a refund or credit for swimwear unless it is returned within 30 days in perfect, re-sellable condition. Please follow all other return guidelines and instructions.

Damaged/ Defective Goods:

At LabelSpree, we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer fashions and accessories. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the order, at ra@LabelSpree.com to be eligible for a refund.

Return Procedures:

1. Obtain Return Authorization

  • A Return Authorization Number must be obtained BEFORE returning any items. No refunds or credits will be given on items returned without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number.
  • Your request for a Return Authorization Number must be received as soon as possible so your return will reach us within 30 days from the original delivery date.
  • To obtain return authorization please email ra@LabelSpree.com
  • You will receive an E-mail reply indicating your Return Authorization Number within 24-48 hours if your return request is approved.
  • All requests for Return Authorization Numbers must be made online. No authorization numbers are available via telephone, fax or mail.

2. Ship Authorized Returns

  • Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original delivery.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping address will be included on the Return Authorization confirmation memo.
  • Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.
  • Please include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package.
